The Trust Fall
- Monastery Tvrdoš Vranac 2021, Trebinje, Bosnia Herzegovina - The ripeness, tannins and acidity almost hint back to the redwood fermented California reds of the 1970s and 80s. Vranac translates to the “Black Horse” in that it thrives in the super rocky soils and hot conditions and maintains a shocking amount of acidity. Aged for 2 years in 100+ year old Monastic barrels, it’s oddly refreshing and even tart at times despite being jet black in color at 15% alcohol.

The Pop & Pour
- Domaine de la Prose Blanc 2015, Languedoc, France - Primarily Viognier and Grenache Blanc. This dry white field blend features tasting notes of citrus, white peach, fresh herbs, and crushed rocks, pairing well with seafood and grilled fish.
- Roto Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Maule Valley, Chile - Blended together with small amounts of Syrah and Alicante Bouschet from sustainably farmed vineyards sites in the valley. A Bordeaux-like wine that on the nose shows plum, cassis, leather, and dusty earth with light dried rose petals. On the palate the wine has smooth, soft tannins that wrap around the dark fruit core and a light finish.
- Val de Mer Brut Nature NV Rosé, Burgundy, France - Bright, lively, and very pink. The wine's frisky acidity and crisp finish pair it well with raw oysters, shellfish, and other delights from the sea. Bubbles in the park anyone?
