The Cellar Shot

  • Pierre Girardin Le Noyer Chardonnay 2023, Jura, France - From a few hectares of 60 year old vines located at 470 meters above sea level in the village of Rotalier. Grown organically on limestone-clay soils. A clear and mineral aromatic profile, with toasted notes, butter, and dried fruit, accompanied by richness and structure. On the palate, dry, savory, and deep, with elegant acidity and a persistent finish. Burgundy in the Jura 💥
  • Clos Saron ‘Kind of Blue’ Cabernet Franc 2020, Sierra Foothills - A co-ferment with Syrah, this is a medium bodied, flagrant wine, bright flavors, refined textures, and a solid backbone. Age worthy but approachable now.

The Trust Fall

  • Clos Saron Cerise Rosé 2024, Sierra Foothills - From high-elevation vineyards in the foothills; co-ferment of Syrah (53%) and Cabernet Franc (47%); unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2; watermelon nose which would seem heavy on the palate but is super light, racy and easy going; long and complex finish with exotic elements all over the place.
  • Montepoloso Lupo Sangiovese 2024, Tuscany, Italy - Using older Sangiovese clones which produce larger yields resulting in a lighter expression of this varietal. This is a really pretty and exciting wine. Crystalline, cherry red in colour, the wine is dominated by notes of wild strawberry and red cherry, white pepper and Mediterranean herbs. Lupo is a fresh wine. On the palate the wine shows great tension and minerality. Take this chillable red for a spin with some of your favorite Mexican food!
  • Trediberri Dolcetto 2024, Piedmont, Italy - Produced by three “tre” guys from the hamlet of Berri. Fresh and vibrant with dark red cherry fruits, hints of spice and a slight tannic bite to balance the fruit. An approachable and versatile red. This is your pizza night wine!

The Pop & Pour

  • Delta Chardonnay 2023, California - Sourced from cool-climate sites along the California coastline. Natively fermented and aged in a mix of new and neutral barrels. Ripe yellow apple, tangerine, creme brûlée, vanilla.
  • Wrath Saignée Pinot Noir Rosé 2024, Monterey County - Saignée (Sahn-yay) is French for "bleed" which is a method to capture lighter juice at the top of the fermentation bin and use it for rosé. Authentically Pinot Noir in its freshest form. The perfect aperitif wine. Pink grapefruit and rhubarb flavors lead to a crisp, dry finish that is refreshing and delicious.
  • Finca Torremilanos El Porrón de Lara Tempranillo 2023, Castilla y León, Spain - Bright acidity with chalky red cherries and raspberries and plenty of grilled orange and grapefruit. Medium to full body, with a succulent grip of light, fine tannins and a long finish. Biodynamic with no sulfur added. Take a Splash!
