- Outward Wines Montana De Oro White Wine blend 2025, Central Coast - Tasting notes of quince, ginger, meyer lemon and wet stone. A bright and lively wine with fresh acidity. A finish of wet stone and hazelnuts with a touch of ‘sea air’. Small production winery with only 3,000 to 4,000 cases of wine produced a year. Certified organic with 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay. 12.5% alcohol.
- Martha Stoumen ‘Post Filtration’ Rose wine 2021, Suisun Valley - On the nose there is hibiscus, red clay and bright red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate there is a juicy acidity with notes of lemon curd, prickly pear and orange peal. This wine is fun, bright and fresh. Juicy acidity and lightly skin fermented. 75% Nero, 25% Vermentino. 12% alcohol.

- Biddizza Skin Contact Orange Wine 2024, Sicily - A light bodied, natural wine. Aromas include floral scents with fennel and light herbs. On the palate it is dry with notes of peach, orange peel and apricot. A juicy structured feel with a slight saline finish. Certified organic, skin contact and stainless steel fermentation. 90% Catarratto, 10% Zibibbo, 12.5% alcohol.
- Abbondanza Pecorino 2024 , Sicily - With aromas of honeydew melon, stone fruits (peach, nectarine) green apple, and preserved lemon. On the palate the wine is clean with zesty flavors of citrus, crisp orchard fruits, and melon rind. The finish has a distinct saline minerality. A vibrant crisp wine, 100% Pecorino. 13% alcohol.
