The Cellar Shot

  • Rizzi Pajorè Barbaresco 2019, Piedmont, Italy - 100% Nebbiolo from one of the most renowned crus of Langhe, right below the town of Barbaresco. Aromas of wild berry, star anise, leather and meat juices on this full-bodied red. Elegantly structured and delicious, the palate shows succulent red berry, baking spice, crushed mint and a hint of grilled Porcini alongside firm, refined tannins. Bright acidity keeps it beautifully balanced!
  • Pormenor Reserva Branco 2023, Douro, Portugal - Primarily Rabigato with a small portion of Malvasia Fina, sourced from 80+ year-old vines planted in Pombal de Ansiães. Pale straw in color, it opens with contained floral notes and marked minerality. Citrus, green apple, and pineapple drive the aromatic core, rounded by subtle herbal tones. The palate is tense and precise with balanced acidity and a long, clean finish. A structured Douro white with aging potential.

The Trust Fall

  • The.Grenachista Grenache Noir 2021, Mendocino County - From the Alder Springs Vineyard. Fresh, bright with aromas of dried cherry, strawberry-rhubarb compote, dried chicory and earth on the nose. The flavors on the palate are cranberry-cherry cream soda, orange zest, orange blossom, peppermint tea, interlaced with mineral, earth, spiced cherries and a dry finish.
  • Cedar Lane Albariño 2024, Arroyo Seco - A vibrant, refreshing summer white with intense apricot blossom, kumquat, and stone fruit aromas, supported by high minerality, citrus, and a mouthwatering, crisp finish. It is a bright, balanced, and structurally tense wine.
  • Dos Habibis ‘Every Thorn’ Rosé of Barbera 2024, Mendocino County - From the Leventis Vineyard planted exclusively to Barbera. Organic practicing and tucked into the hillside just below Lake Mendocino in Eastern Ukiah. Surrounded by bay laurel and eucalyptus trees, the perimeter creates an amphitheater with shade from leaves and branches creating coolness on the vines to retain bright acidity.

The Pop & Pour

  • De Forville Barbera d’Asti 2023, Piedmont, Italy - From relatively young (20 years old). Surprisingly the wine is already quite concentrated and full of character. A touch more racy with notes of game, this Barbera speaks of its origins in the Asti district as opposed to the more somber and elegant wines from the Alba zone.
  • Grounded Wine Co. “Space Age” Rosé 2024, California - Provencal-style. Super fresh, crisp strawberry and raspberry flavors, with hints of lemon zest and pomelo. The alluring natural acidity adds tension and sustains the wine throughout its vibrant aromatic finish.
  • Bisson Vino Frizzante 2025, Veneto, Italy - 100% Glera. Refreshingly bone-dry Prosecco style offering that stands in sharp contrast to its many cloying peers. Clean, bright, and refreshing, it presents notes of acacia honey, white flowers, crunchy green apples, and tart nectarines atop a subtly mineral underlay.
