- Paolo Bea Rosso de Veo, Umbria 2019 - Tasting notes of dark blackberry, plum and rubbed sage, with a hint of mineral-saturated stoniness. Natural wines aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years with an additional 1 to 2 years in the bottle before release. 100% Sagrantino. 14% alcohol.
- Outward Sauvignon Blanc Suisun Valley 2025 - Tasing notes of zesty citrus, passionfruit and asian pear. On the nose you will find subtle white flowers, and fresh cut grass that is a distinct character of this varietal. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 12.1% alcohol.
The Trust Fall
- Carboniste Pinot Noir Sparkling Rose, Sonoma Coast, 2023 - On the palate there is a bright note of wild strawberry, tart red cherry and ripe guava. Slight notes of florals, like cherry blossoms. This is a refreshingly dry sparkling wine made of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. 12% alcohol.
- Vincent Paris, Syrah, Rhone 2022 - Vibrant notes of wild blackberries, dark cherry, spiced plum and fresh violet. Medium to full bodied and dry. 100% Syrah 12.5% alcohol.
- Cowhorn Spiral, Applegate Valley 2024 - Notes of butterscotch on the noes, lemon curd and white peach. On the palate there is ripe citrus, tro[ical fruit and mineral notes such as river stone and a touch of saline. 48% Viognier. 31% Marsanne, 21% Roussanne 12.8% alcohol.
The Pop & Pour
- Domaine Les Mesclances Charmes Rose, Méditerranée 2025 - A traditional rose, with zero oak aging. On the nose there is a delicate scent of wild strawberry, citrus zest and coastal sea spray. On the palate, this wine is crisp, with notes of juicy raspberry, unripe cherry and white peach. 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 20% Syrah. 12.5% alcohol.
- Alla Goccia White, Sonoma 2024 - A bright white wine with notes on the nose of white peach and jasmine. On the palate there are notes of bright mineral driven orchard fruit, fresh citrus zesty and wet stone. It is a blend of Bianchetta, Vermentino, and Ribolla Gialla. 11.2% alcohol.
- Domaine Faillent Sainte Marie Corbières, Roussillon 2022 - Tasting notes include dark berries, ripe plums and wild blueberries. There is a finish of of fresh leather, damp earth and spice. 33% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 33% Cinsault. 14% alcohol.
