The Cellar Shot

  • Outward Wines Chardonnay 2023, San Luis Obispo County - From the Bassi Vineyard approximately 1.2 miles from the ocean; farmed organically; citrus and marine saltiness; white flowers, flinty minerality, and juicy Meyer lemon aromatics; on the palate, lush orchard fruit held together by a core of bright acidity.
  • Clos Saron ‘Taken for Granite’ Cabernet Sauvignon 1999, Sierra Foothills - From the Renaissance Vineyard; with a splash of Merlot, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc; nearly fully mature yet not devoid of fruit; hints of reduced cherry and fresh dates; notes of dark chocolate, Turkish coffee, and dried evergreen; tannins are still present, and have grip, but any oak influence has long since been integrated; a deeply textural and elegant wine; simply stunning!

The Californian

  • Outward Wines Chardonnay 2023, San Luis Obispo County - From the Bassi Vineyard approximately 1.2 miles from the ocean; farmed organically; citrus and marine saltiness; white flowers, flinty minerality, and juicy Meyer lemon aromatics; on the palate, lush orchard fruit held together by a core of bright acidity.
  • Deux Punx Rosé of Pinot Gris 2023, California -  Natural wine. Pale salmon-pink hue. The nose offers aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries with subtle floral undertones. It is crisp and refreshing on the palate, featuring flavors of red berries, grapefruit, and ripe melon. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, following low-intervention practices. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal added sulfites.
  • Outward Wines ‘Sendero Luminoso’ Red Wine 2024, Central Coast - A play on the classic ‘GSM’ Rhône blend, but instead of Grenache, this features the rare Vaccarèse; nose of blackberries, violets, bacon fat, and herbs de Provence; supple tannins and a lengthy finish. A revolutionary type of wine!

The Trust Fall

  • Brigo ‘BARACCA’ Rosé Pétillant Naturel 2023, Emilia-Romagna, Italy - From the Lambrusco di Sorbara grape; lightly effervescent wine, often with fresh, fruity characteristics; light, rosé-like color and gentle yet persistent bubble; Baracca = "let's party!".
  • Voliero Sangiovese Blend 2021, Tuscany, Italy - Second label from Uccelliera; with a splash of Syrah; fresh, linear profile with a good persistence; enjoy with cold cuts, cheese, and grilled meats.

The Pop & Pour

  • Sidekick Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, California - Inviting aromas of bark, sweet mint, boysenberry on the nose; boysenberry compote with hints of cedar and full of plushness; displays plenty of fruit but not overly jammy nor extracted; really good balance for its really soft and juicy stature; made for everyday enjoyment.
  • Jean Marc Barthez Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Bordeaux, France - Mellowed out with 5% Sémillon; chalky, breezy, cool, zesty white that rolls around the glass with ample viscosity; stony and minerally with good depth of fruit, citrus and length.
  • Moccagatta Dolcetto d'Alba 2021, Piedmont, Italy - On the nose, a bouquet filled with juicy cherries, pomegranate, and raspberry; intertwined with fresh herbs and tobacco leaf; fresh and vibrant notes; inviting the palate to take another sip!
