February 2026

The Cellar Shot

  • Farella Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, Napa Valley - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coombsville AVA. Showcases dark fruit, savory herbs, graphite, and violet notes. Refined with firm tannins and a fresh, structured profile. Youthful and will age gracefully for another 10+ years!
  • Domaine de Beudon Fendant 2011, Valais, Switzerland - An exceptionally aged Chasselas. This offers a matured, complex profile featuring dried citrus, orange, smoke, and grilled peach, with high acidity and a long, herbal finish. This organic Swiss wine remains fresh despite its age, showing no signs of decline.

The Trust Fall

  • Terre Rouge Viognier 2023, Sierra Foothills - From the Fiddletown AVA. This is a rich, dry, and aromatic wine. Featuring opulent flavors of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and citrus, with a creamy, textured mouthfeel developed through barrel fermentation and lees aging.
  • Augur ‘Auspice’ Cabernet Franc 2021, Paso Robles - A limited-production (100 cases) wine from the biodynamically-farmed Parvenah Vineyard. This features a unique, hybrid fermentation process (half destemmed, half carbonic) and is aged in neutral puncheons, resulting in a flavor profile of boysenberry, wild radish, roasted tomatoes, and sweet peppers.
  • Champ Divin Chardonnay Savagnin 2018 Jura, France - Biodynamic . Complex, slightly oxidative blend with notes of yellow fruit, minerals, and a saline, nutty finish, offering a refined, modern take on traditional Jurassien styles.

The Pop & Pour

  • The Grenachista 2024 Grenache Gris, Dry Creek Valley - From one of my favorite wine critics, Tom Capo of Wine Enthusiast. “Pure and focused aromas of pithy pomelo, lemon zest and tangerine waft on the nose of this Grenache Gris, delivering similarly electric citrus energy on the palate, with flavors of white flowers, ginger and salty minerality emerging along the finish.” 92pts!
  • Eric Kent Pinot Noir 2022, Sonoma County - Bright and juicy red fruit, boysenberry and subtle asian spice, plus just the right amount of high quality French oak, this bottling is structured and serious stuff that nonetheless refuses to take itself too seriously.
  • Le Petit Oursan Rouge NV, Rhone, France - A vibrant, organic Côtes du Rhône red. This value-driven, entry-level cuvée blends Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot, offering a juicy, fresh, and aromatic profile with hints of earthy rusticity. Fermented in stainless steel for a bright, fruit-forward style.
