  • Henri Prudhon Saint-Aubin Rouge 1er Cru Cuvee Les Rouges Gorges Pinot Noir 2020, Burgundy, France - From the village of Saint-Aubin the Cuvée Les Rouges-Gorges is a blend of three parcels from premier cru vineyards; spice, density and weight; great concentration with a, juicy, cherry fruited finish.
  • Pedro Parra ‘MILES’ Cinsault 2021, Itata Valley, Chile - Dry-farmed single vineyard in the zone of Guarilihue in Itata; aromas of red fruits, followed by flavors of strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry and pomegranate; white pepper spiciness and a savory finish; watch out as this is dangerously drinkable :)

The Californian

  • Margins Verdejo 2024, San Benito County - From a vineyard that's being managed to regenerative standards; this offers melon rind, underripe peach and squeezed lime aromas; grip to the palate, tart citrus and honeydew flavors; A rare grape for California!
  • windchaser Pinot Noir 2023, Mendocino Ridge - This wine is fresh, bright with aromas of youthful raspberry, white strawberry, cranberry and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are cranberry-pomegranate and orange zest interwoven with spice, mineral and dried coriander, with a dry finish.
  • Paysan Sauvignon Blanc 2024, Arroyo Seco - From the Zabala vineyard; aromas of gooseberry, green melon and grapefruit; notes of tart apple, white peach, and passion fruit.

  • Margins ‘Neutral Oak Hotel’ White 2024, California - A blend of primarily Chenin Blanc with a bit of Muscat Blanc and Vermentino; bright minerality leads to vibrant notes of orange and orange zest along with flavors of peach and soft tropical fruits; the balance of minerality & fruit is like watching a tight rope walker at a carnival 🙂
  • Martha Stoumen Negoamaro Rosato NV No. 4, Mendocino County - Deep, complex aromas of prickly pear, aged cedar, and Oloroso Sherry-like vibes will keep your nose coming back to the glass before you even taste this wine; this solera was started with the 2020 vintage and NV No. 4 has the aromatic complexity to match what only time and patience can do to a wine during élevage; the palate is dry, with umami and gorgeous acidity.
  • Domaine du Grand Montmirail Gigondas 2022, Southern Rhone, France - This GSM is 80% Grenache with a splash of Syrah and Mourvèdre; aromas of kirsch, stone fruits, licorice, pepper, suave baking spices and a slightly floral character; a supple texture that shows plenty of elegance, with long and satisfying finish.

  • Altos Las Hormigas Blanco 2022, Mendoza, Argentina - A blend primarily of Semillon and Chenin Blanc; clean and sharp, balanced, and with a tasty finish; ethereal, dry and chalky.
