  • Cruse Wine Co. Sparkling White Reserve Cask Demo Series 2018, North Coast  - Limited-run bottling from owner of the specialty sparkling house, Ultramarine. 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. This bottling of the perpetual cuvee reserve wine used for ‘Tradition’. Aged a year in Stockinger casks and then 24+ months élevage. 24 months aged in bottle before being riddled and disgorged with no dosage.
  • Burn Cottage ‘Moonlight Race’ 2022, Central Otago, New Zealand - Biodynamic vineyard practices. Red berry and plum, pink peppercorn, cherry blossom with a cooling mineral finish. Consulting winemaker, Ted Lemon of Littorai Wines.
The Californian
  • Erggelet Brother Malvasia Bianca 2022, Contra Costa County - From the California Delta this low brix and alcohol Italian varietal has notes of lime, pine tip, beeswax, sage, rosemary, ginger, and rainier cherry. Native yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
  • Two Shepherds Cinsault 2021, Lodi - From the famed 135 year-old Betchold vineyard. 100% whole cluster pressed. Light-bodied and floral, raspberry, cranberry, and thyme notes.
  • windchaser Pinot Gris 2022, Anderson Valley - Aromas of lemon cream-sickle, ginger, chamomile and golden delicious apple with a subtle mineral counterpoint with a soft-edged finish with notes of Meyer lemon zest and sweet vanilla.
The Trust Fall
  • windchaser Malbec 2021, El Dorado County - 100% certified organic vineyard. Native yeast fermentation. Electric in color. Watermelon jolly rancher yumminess.
  • Escabeces Cartoixà Vermell Orange 2021, Tarragona, Spain - Only a few vineyards planted of this rare varietal. 22 days on skins. Broad, dried fruit, grapefruit, mineral and peach. Textured with a bright acidity.
  • iruai ‘Shasta-Cascade’ Red Blend 2021, Siskiyou County (OR/CA) - A field blend of French Alpine varieties primarily led by Trousseau and Pinot Noir from vineyards in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Blood orange tang, black fruit and peppery perfume, and a savory structure.
The Pop & Pour
  • Cochon Rosé 2022, California  - Primarily Grenache and Mourvedre. Light to medium in body. Bright salmon pink color. The vibrant aromatics are intense and complex, yet simply pure and inviting.
  • Bodegas Barbadillo ‘Sábalo’, Andalucía, Spain  - 100% Palomino. Complex aromas of ripe apple and peach with hints of spice lead to a creamy palate full of ripe fruit flavors and a smooth, saline mouthfeel.
  • Pegos Claros ‘Claro’, Lisboa, Portugal - 100% Castelão. Refreshing acidity and elegant taste. Clear ruby in color. Fruity and slightly vegetal aroma, combining red fruits like strawberries and raspberries with hints of greenery and tobacco leaves. Structured and full- bodied, yet smooth.
